eScience'25 will be held at the Embassy Suites Downtown River North (600 N State St, Chicago, IL 60654), located in the heart of downtown Chicago's River North area. Embassy Suites is approximately 45 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport and 30 minutes from Chicago Midway International Airport.

eScience'25 has a hotel block for all conference and workshop attendees. Information for reserving a room will be posted in early 2025.

All hotel reservations include a hotel suite and free made-to-order breakfast.

Transport

Downtown Chicago is easily accessible from both O'Hare and Midway airports via train, cab, or rideshare. ORD: CTA Blue Line ($5) or Cab/Rideshare ($40-$60) MDW: CTA Orange Line ($2.50) or Cab/Rideshare ($30-$50)
