How to Register
Participants will register for the conference through AMARYS (Scheduled to open in early June. Registration will be online through AMARYS Powered by JTB. Participants can pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD / JCB/AMERICAN EXPRESS/Diners Club International).
The entire registration process is powered by AMARYS. The entire process is extremely easy to use, completely safe and can be completed in just a few minutes.
Note: Participants must book accommodations, airport transfers, car rentals, etc. separately if required.

NOTE: Registration fee details
- All accepted papers must have at least one REGUAR IEEE Member or NON-Member (NON-STUDENT) registered. At least one author from each accepted submission must be registered and paid by the 12 of August 2024 in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings. One registration covers one paper.
- Full Fee (Conference & Workshops/Tutorials) - IEEE Member/Non-Member/StudentThe IEEE Student Non-Member registration fee includes access to the main conference, tutorials, workshops, conference materials, coffee breaks, daily lunches, welcome reception and conference buckets.
- Conference Only - IEEE Member/Non-Member/StudentIEEE/Student Non-Member registration fee includes access to the main conference, conference materials, coffee breaks, daily lunches, welcome reception and conference bucket.
- Workshops/Tutorials Only - IEEE Member/Non-Member/StudentIEEE/StudentNon-Member registration fee includes access to tutorials and workshops, materials, coffee breaks and daily lunch.
- *Student Registration: Proof of registered student status (up to a student ID card) must be uploaded at the time of registration.
